Josh, and his staff, were polite and professional throughout the entire process. They encouraged any questions be asked, were very thorough in looking through the house with us and all the paperwork that needed to be done (which, there was a LOT, but they certainly made it much easier and less daunting to go through), and quite knowledgeable with where to turn to when it came time to get a mortgage (they have several recommendations, but also encouraged us to look elsewhere if we wanted.
