Update, I have no problem acknowledging when I was wrong and this is definitely one of those cases. I was fed grossly inaccurate information by the person who was supposed to be representing me. My humble apologies to Josh that this only recently came to light and that I had not updated to correct this review earlier. My broker sent Josh an offer on my behalf for full list price CASH offer w/ a significant earnest $ deposit & quick close. Josh advised my realtor that my offer would be accepted (she has a witness). Josh counseled his client to accept another offer w/ CONTINGENCY on the basis that I wanted to complete an inspection of the subject property, and only advised my realtor the other had been accepted after I had already booked last minute, nonrefundable travel. Bottom line, Josh's word has ZERO merit & would only dissuade an inspection if the property he listed has something to hide. BEWARE!!!
