Growing up in Maine, I've always loved the diverse beauty the state has to offer - from the coastline, to its mountains. The small town that dots the state, to the city feel of Portland and the old port. Maine truly has it all. Figuring out where to live and what one can afford can be a challenge and properly navigating the real estate market can be a crucial step in your wealth-building journey. With years of work with both buyers and sellers our team approach not only covers a large section of Maine, but also gives us a chance to better position you for a wise investment. For sellers, beyond our top notch marketing plan, we offer home preparation advice and a network of people to help you accomplish what needs to be done to get your home on the market. For buyers, we will help you find the best home in the ideal location, and at the right price. Whether you're considering an investment property, seeking a second home, or embarking on the journey to your first home, we're eager to lend our expertise and support every step of the way. We scour the MLS along with for sale by owners and off-market property options to help find the right place for you. As a father of 9 I realize that each buying and selling decision you make will have a long term impact on not just you, but the legacy you leave. We would love the chance to discuss how best to help you make a wise, informed decisions with the hard earned money you have saved.

Jessica started her Real Estate career in 2006 after the birth of her second child.  Soon after she started, the market declined after the boom of the early 2000s.  There were many tough deals to be done in those times, with much of her business being foreclosures and short sales.  She enjoys helping people find a home that is going to be affordable and will make them money when they sell.
After her 3rd child was born, the constant demands of Real Estate became too much, so she left the industry for a time.  She always missed the relationships she built with her clients and seeing so many interesting homes.
Now that her children are older, in 2020, she joined a team as an assistant.  She found she still had the knowledge and passion she had started with in 2006.
In 2023, she renewed her Broker's license and joined Cousineau Real Estate.
Her primary role is managing their transactions (because she also loves the back-end).  She still loves helping family and friends get the most money for their homes and/or finding the best home for them.
